Welsh Black Beef Box

A selection of cuts from our own Welsh Black cattle, grass fed on our hill farm and dry aged on the bone for around 3 weeks. Each box gives you steaks, a roasting joint, slow-cooking cuts, mince and diced beef in one go, enough to stock the freezer for weeks.

Small Box · approx. 3.5–4.5 kg · £65
Serves a couple or small family over several meals. Save around £5–£7 compared with buying the same cuts separately.

• 2 sirloin steaks, or 2 rump steaks with a larger roasting joint and an extra pack of mince or diced beef

• 1 roasting joint, approx. 1 kg (topside, top rump or silverside)

• 1 pack braising steak or shin (500 g)

• 2 × 500 g mince

• 1 × 500 g diced stewing beef

Large Box · approx. 7.5–8 kg · £140
For families or a well-stocked freezer. Save over £11 compared with buying the same cuts separately.

• 2 sirloin steaks and 2 rump steaks

• 1 fillet steak, approx. 200 g

• 2 roasting joints, approx. 1 kg each (topside, top rump or silverside)

• 1 rolled brisket joint, approx. 1 kg

• 1 pack braising steak or shin (500 g)

• 4 × 500 g mince

• 2 × 500 g diced stewing beef

Boxes are how we use the whole animal, so some cuts may be a little larger or smaller than our standard sizes, and exact cuts depend on what each animal gives us. Every pack is labelled with its weight and use-by-date.

Vacuum packed fresh. Suitable for home freezing.

Use within 11 days or freeze on arrival.
