We rear everything we sell on Garth Farm. Our grass fed Welsh Mountain Lamb Boxes are a popular and tasty way to fill your freezer with premium native breed lamb. Each box is packed with versatile cuts for roasts, grills and slow-cooked favourites, all vacuum packed for easy storage and freezing.

Box weights may vary slightly depending on the natural size of each animal, but you’ll always receive excellent value and a generous selection of cuts.

HALF LAMB BOX

Approx. half a Welsh Mountain lamb

Typically includes:

• Whole leg joint (bone-in)

• Whole shoulder joint (bone-in)

• Loin chops

• Lamb cutlets

• Chump chops

• 500g Mince

• Kidneys

Perfect for smaller households or limited freezer space.

WHOLE LAMB BOX

Approx. a whole Welsh Mountain lamb

Typically includes:

• 2 x whole leg joints (bone-in)

• 2 x whole shoulder joints (bone-in)

• Loin chops

• Lamb cutlets

• Chump chops

• 1kg Mince

• Kidneys

The whole lamb box contains roughly twice the amount of each cut as the half lamb box – ideal for families, batch cooking or sharing.

All lamb comes from our own Welsh Mountain flock, grass fed on the hills around Cardiff’s highest point and processed on-site for complete traceability and true Welsh hill-farm flavour.
